Products on our store

Refund- Any discrepancies in the product are to be brought to our notice at the day of delivery. Refund request can be done through phone 9150205554 or through mail info@verso3d.com . Note: Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are  received in a damaged state / defective state  or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. Refund will be done within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation – Cancellation can be done within 24 hrs of placement through phone 9150205554 and through mail info@verso3d.com

3D Printing services 

Refund – Not eligible for Return, Since 3D printing service falls under Main scope of work, we take mail approvals before start of the work. Special packaging and delivery will be done in 3D Printing service. Therefore risk of breakage during the commute is reduced. In case of any problem let us know on the day of delivery through our mail info@verso3d.com and through phone 9150205554.

Cancellation – Cancellation can only be done before start of manufacturing work through phone 9150205554 and through mail info@verso3d.com.
