What Is 3D Printing Solutions?

3D printing is the process of producing a three-dimensional object from any digital file.

In short, if you have a prototype design with perfect measurement data, you can create any component you desire. In this process, the object is created by laying down very fine layers of materials as per the digital design provided.

The major benefit of using 3D printing over the traditional production method is that you save a lot of raw materials, especially when designing a complex component. We use the Figure 4 Standalone 3D Printer for ultra-fast and affordable prototyping.

Figure 4 Standalone 3D Printer

Figure 4 Standalone 3D printer uses high-end, fully integrated technology to provide the best in-field performance. It offers a versatile solution for low-volume production with fast design iteration and verification providing a same-day prototyping option.

In short, the Standalone 3D printer is an ultra-fast, high-quality, and accurate device that delivers industry-grade solutions. Moreover, the compact design and affordable installation price along with low maintenance make it possible to offer cost-effective services to our clients.

Benefits of Figure 4 Standalone Printer:

  • Affordable investment assures cost-effective pricing for printing.
  • Usage of competitive 3D printing technologies.
  • Efficient with complex design iteration.
  • Ultra-fast printing assures you can use it on the same day.
  • Can be used with multiple applications.
  • Six Sigma quality assured and certified.

Some of the Common Applications:

  • Jewelry casting patterns
  • Plastic parts and articles
  • Jigs and Fixtures
  • Molds and master patterns for tools
  • Medical applications
  • Elastomeric parts (prototypes of seals, grommets, weatherstripping, hoses, tubes, spacers, gaskets, and other vibration-dampening components)

How Does 3D Printing Process Looks Like?

At Verso3D, we start with a 3D model.

Now, there are two options to get a 3D model. Either you design the CAD file and offer us your design. Or else, if you do not have a drawing, then provide us with all the data available along with the physical component. And we will create one from the ground – thanks to our reverse engineering technology.

Once we have the 3D model printable data file, the next step is to prepare it for printing. We call it Stereolithography.

Stereolithography means producing components by focusing a UV laser on a photopolymer resin. The process starts by drawing the shape on the resin vat and solidifying in the process.

The process is repeated for every single layer of the design until the object is completed. This way numerous layers of drawings are solidified together to get the final desired product.
